We want you to love your TAFT products, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
